1. Overview

The TD24 Ads Reporting Dashboard ("the Application") is an internal analytics tool operated by TravelDeals24 GmbH ("we", "us"). It aggregates advertising performance data from multiple platforms, including Pinterest, for internal business reporting purposes only.

2. Data We Access

Through the Pinterest API, the Application accesses the following data from our own Pinterest Ads account:

• Campaign-level spend, click, and impression metrics
• Campaign names and identifiers
• Ad account metadata (account ID, currency)

We access this data exclusively in read-only mode. The Application does not create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, ads, or targeting settings on Pinterest.

3. Data We Do Not Access

The Application does not access any Pinterest user data, profiles, boards, pins, or personal information of any third parties. We do not access data from any Pinterest account other than our own.

4. How We Use the Data

The advertising metrics we retrieve are used solely for:

• Internal performance reporting and business intelligence
• Aggregation with data from other advertising platforms into a unified dashboard
• Trend analysis and budget optimization for our own campaigns

5. Data Storage and Security

Advertising metrics are stored on our own servers and are not shared with any third parties. Access to the Application and its data is restricted to authorized team members via Cloudflare Zero Trust authentication. OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never exposed to end users or third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain advertising performance data for as long as it is relevant for our business reporting, typically up to 12 months. Data may be deleted upon request or when no longer needed.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data obtained through the Pinterest API with any third parties.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
